Yume Ga Arukara – Seaport

Yume Ga Arukara’s Seaport location brings its udon to the Superette at 70 Pier 4 Boulevard. The noodles are made daily, and the preparation is deliberately focused: cold udon with dipping sauce and sweet and savory beef is central to what the restaurant does. Even the ginger is grated by hand.
