The Overlook Rooftop at Legal Sea Foods

The Overlook occupies the third floor of Legal Sea Foods Harborside, with a wide view across Boston Harbor and a menu built around seafood and drinks. Order sushi, something from the raw bar or one of Legal’s familiar dishes, then settle into the indoor lounge or either of the two outdoor decks. Counter seats and couches give the rooftop a different setup from the dining room downstairs. Retractable windows let the indoor space open up when the weather cooperates. There are no reservations here; tables are first come, first served. Leave extra time if you are meeting friends before a show, and check rooftop hours separately from the restaurant’s.
