Tora Ramen

Tora Ramen at 99 Harrison Avenue gives you several ways to choose a bowl by its broth. Shiro is the original tonkotsu; Kuro adds black garlic, and Aka is spicy miso. Yuzu shoyu and vegetarian miso offer other directions, with the latter clearly identified on the menu.

There are rice bowls too, including oyako don and a small chashu bowl topped with torched cheese. Seared pork gyoza, karaage, shrimp tempura and takoyaki fill out the appetizer choices if you’re sharing.
