Tora Japanese Restaurant at 20B Tyler Street focuses on kaisen don, bowls of rice topped with sashimi. Salmon, tuna, yellowtail and salmon roe appear in different combinations, alongside poke bowls and hot rice dishes such as gyu don and unagi don.
