The Paramount – Beacon Hill
The Paramount on Charles Street gives you until late afternoon to decide what counts as breakfast. Its daily brunch menu includes omelettes with home fries and toast, plus huevos rancheros with chorizo, avocado and refried black beans. The Benedict Florentine puts spinach, mushrooms and tomato on multigrain toast under horseradish hollandaise. It is a useful stop before or after a walk around Beacon Hill, whether you want eggs or something more substantial. Brunch seating is first come, first served, with a waitlist when the room fills. Dinner is a separate service, and reservations are available then. Choose your visit accordingly if waiting for a table is not in the plan.
