Official hours are Monday through Friday 3 to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 12 to 10 p.m. You pick a catch (Dungeness, king or snow crab, shrimp, lobster, clams, mussels, crawfish) and a sauce: Rajun Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter, or Whole Sha-Bang. There are fried baskets, Cajun fries, gumbo, corn, potatoes, and sausage. Eat with your hands; bibs are part of it.
