Talulla

Talulla is a twelve-table restaurant on Walden Street in Cambridge, run by Conor Dennehy and Danielle Ayer and named after their daughter. Dinner can be ordered à la carte or as a five-course tasting menu, with an optional wine pairing. The cooking follows local produce without sticking to one country’s pantry: the menu has paired mafalde with zucchini and kimchi, duck confit pasta with yuzu kosho, and roasted sweet potato with red curry and lemongrass. Those combinations give vegetables and pasta as much attention as the meat and fish. Ayer and Dennehy’s relationships with farmers and winemakers shape both menus, which change frequently. Aperitif-style cocktails round out the drinks.
