Scali Cafe on Pearl Street takes breakfast sandwiches seriously enough to put one in a sub roll. The Big Frankie comes with eggs, meat and cheese, while the Tiger Special adds sausage, peppers, onions and cheddar to an everything bagel. Plates of eggs, pancakes and French toast cover the mornings when a sandwich won’t do.

Lunch brings chicken-cutlet subs, panini, burgers and steak-and-cheese variations. The Scaliano combines Italian cold cuts with chicken cutlet, so it isn’t an order made with restraint. A veggie panino with avocado, mozzarella and spinach gives you another option. Pickup ordering is available online, useful for getting lunch arranged before you leave the office.
