PURO ceviche bar

PURO ceviche bar on Newbury Street makes seafood the starting point, with several ceviches and Latin-inspired small plates in a room of whitewashed brick and graffiti. Sea bass comes with passion fruit and aji amarillo, shrimp aguachile with cucumber and serrano pepper sauce, and the mixed ceviche combines fish, octopus and shrimp. There are cooked dishes too, including grilled octopus, chicken skewers and pork ribs with guava barbecue sauce. A cachapa, the sweet corn pancake served with queso fresco, gives you something different to share between seafood plates.
