Prairie Fire

Prairie Fire on Harvard Street builds much of its menu around the wood-fired oven, from pizzas to vegetables and larger plates. Mushroom pizza, wood-roasted oysters and roasted half chicken show the range, while pasta has its own section. The menu names farms and producers for many ingredients and changes with the season, so a particular summer dish should not be assumed to stay year-round.

The dining room accepts reservations, with a phone call requested for parties larger than four. Its seasonal beer garden works differently: seating is first come, first served and weather-dependent.
