Pho Que Restaurant
Pho Que on Adams Street has enough on its menu to make the choice between soup and a rice plate a real decision. Its special pho combines several cuts of beef, including brisket, tendon and beef rib. The special broken-rice platter comes with pork chop, shredded pork, egg custard, a fried egg and stuffed bean curd. Fried fish spring rolls with peanut sauce make a smaller start. You’ll also find vermicelli bowls, steamed rice rolls with pork and mushrooms, and kimchi beef fried rice. Order for the table or choose your own bowl; dine-in, takeout and delivery are all available here.
