Para Maria, american in Seaport

Para Maria

Para Maria’s menu follows chef Tatiana Rosana’s Cuban background, her wife’s Korean heritage, and her cooking experience in New England. At this Seaport restaurant, that can mean a breakfast Cuban sandwich in the morning and gochujang-glazed chicken wings at dinner. The restaurant is named for Rosana’s grandmother, Maria, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Sleeper Street.

At dinner, the lobster roll comes with brown butter aioli and crispy shallots, while grilled portobello mushrooms get chimichurri and fries. Breakfast has its own reasons to visit, including a guava-and-cream-cheese pastry and coquito French toast. There is indoor seating and a patio when the weather cooperates. Walk-ins are accepted, and reservations are available if you already have a time in mind.
