Noodle Lab Boston

Noodle Lab at Boston Public Market serves ramen and rice bowls drawing on founder Audrey Yap’s Malaysian background and Southeast Asian cooking. Tori paitan uses a creamy chicken broth, while the curry ramen brings in coconut milk, garlic and ginger. Chicken katsu offers another route: breaded fried chicken over rice with curry sauce, for the days when you’d rather have crunch than a bowl of broth.

This is the Hanover Street market counter, useful for lunch while shopping the other stalls. You can order food to take away or eat in the market’s shared seating area. The menu’s rice bowls also give a companion who doesn’t want noodles something to choose without visiting another counter.
