Alewives Taproom

Alewives Taproom is the beer counter inside High Street Place, where you can order a flight while friends choose dinner from the food hall’s other vendors. The rotating draft list includes New England breweries, with cider, hard seltzer and nonalcoholic beer offering alternatives. A flight lets you try four drafts without committing to a full pour of each.

The women-owned business also serves soft serve, including boozy versions, so beer doesn’t have to be the end of the order. It’s a shared food-hall setting, with all the choices and activity that come with that. Alewives opens later on Mondays than on the other weekdays and is closed on Sundays; check the current tap list before going for a particular beer.
