Night Shift Esplanade

Night Shift’s Esplanade beer garden puts a drink stop right beside Storrow Lagoon, between Berkeley and Clarendon streets. Cross the Dartmouth Street footbridge and look for the outdoor tables. Beer is the main attraction, but the drinks list also includes wine, hard seltzer and nonalcoholic options. Dogs and supervised children are welcome, so this can fit into a family walk as easily as an afternoon with friends.

This is a seasonal, weather-dependent beer garden, generally operating from spring into late fall. Posted opening times are 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon on weekends, with service ending at dark. You can bring your own food; food trucks also appear on selected dates.
