Dynasty on Hudson Street serves Cantonese dishes and a substantial dim sum menu. Shrimp-and-chive dumplings, pork-and-shrimp siu mai and sticky rice in lotus leaves are a few places to start. Rice rolls come with several fillings, and the turnip cake with XO sauce offers something different from another steamer of dumplings.

The bun selection includes both steamed and baked barbecue pork buns, along with sweet choices such as molten egg yolk buns. For a larger shared meal, there are clay pots with seafood and tofu, beef, or chicken with salted fish and eggplant. Bring a few people if you want to try across the menu.
