Darling occupies the former Mary Chung’s space in Central Square, with Chinese-inspired cocktails and dim sum giving the address a different kind of evening. Founders Brian Callahan and Zimu Chen bring experience from restaurants including Row 34 and Eastern Standard, while chef Ryan Poutre leads the kitchen.
