CeCarré Pizza and Provisions

CeCarré Pizza and Provisions serves Roman-style pinsa and focaccia sandwiches at the Prudential Center. The pizzas range from mozzarella, tomato, and basil to combinations that take a few more liberties. Dolce Piccante brings together pepperoni, sausage, ricotta, and hot honey. The Fenway Park puts hot dogs and fries on a pizza, which tells you this kitchen is not particularly worried about playing it safe.

Sandwiches offer another route through the menu, including mortadella with pistachio ricotta, stracciatella, and arugula. Arancini and cannoli can bookend the meal. It is an option for lunch during a Pru visit, especially if a sandwich sounds right but the usual cold-cut order does not.
