Bar Pallino sits below Faccia a Faccia on Newbury Street, with a wine list that gives you a reason to head downstairs. Beverage director Jodie Battles focuses on organic, natural and biodynamic bottles, including orange wines, sparkling wines and grapes you may not see on a usual by-the-glass list. The selection reaches beyond Italy to France, California, Australia and other regions. If wine is not what you want, there are mezcals, vermouths and amari to consider.
