From July 26th to 28th, Downtown Lowell will be transformed into a bustling hub of music, dance, crafts, food, and family activities. With up to 150,000 visitors expected, the festival offers a unique opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and celebrate the shared human experience.
High Fidelity will bring the best of bluegrass to the stage, while Jesse Daniel will captivate audiences with his honky-tonk country tunes. For taste of traditional Irish music, don’t miss The Friel Sisters, and be sure to catch the mesmerizing Kathak dance performance by Farah Yasmeen Shaikh.
The festival also features a variety of cultural dance traditions, including powwow dances by Native Pride Dancers and the energetic Korean pungmul and samulnori by the Korean Performing Arts Institute of Chicago. If you’re in the mood for some New Orleans funk and R&B, be sure to check out Cyril Neville‘s set.
