Downtown Boston is getting a full night of bites, cocktails, and buzz

Taste of Downtown Boston returns with an elevated 21+ evening built for people who want more than a single dinner reservation.

Downtown Boston is getting a full night of bites, cocktails, and buzz

The Vermilion Club

The event takes place Thursday, Feb. 26 from 5:30 to 9:00 pm inside the Collective Bar & Lounge at Winthrop Center, 115 Federal Street. Guests can sample curated bites from local restaurants alongside signature cocktails and featured beverages, all in a polished downtown setting designed for tasting, socializing, and lingering.

Taste of Downtown Boston is presented by the Downtown Boston Alliance and sponsored by The Vermilion Club.

Rather than centering on one table or one menu, the night is built around movement and discovery. Guests can circulate through the space, try multiple dishes, and settle in with a drink when something hits. It is social by design and easy to make a full night of.

The event also sits within the WINTERACTIVE footprint, making it a natural pairing with a downtown art walk before or after. Food, cocktails, and installations all live within the same few blocks, turning the evening into a downtown experience rather than a single stop.

For anyone looking to turn a winter weeknight into something bigger, Taste of Downtown Boston offers a food-first night out that blends great bites, strong drinks, and the kind of downtown buzz that keeps you out longer than planned.
