Geppetto

Geppetto in Cambridge Crossing serves Italian dinner with housemade pasta at the center of the menu. The choices include spicy lobster spaghetti with saffron, rigatoni with salumi Bolognese and pappardelle with braised lamb. Start with fried mozzarella prepared with black pepper and cheese, or shrimp scampi toast with garlic butter and peppers. Seafood and meat dishes give you alternatives to pasta, including seared scallops, bavette steak and a dry-aged pork chop. Chef Will Gilson’s restaurant draws on Northern Italian cooking and New England ingredients.
