Foundation Kitchen

Foundation Kitchen combines a public food hall with shared commercial kitchens inside The Graphic in Charlestown. Visitors can eat from the food businesses operating in the hall, while the kitchen spaces behind the scenes support caterers, producers, and other small food companies. The distinction matters: the food hall welcomes customers, but a business using the commercial kitchen may only sell by preorder or at scheduled pop-ups.

Check the current vendor lineup and each business’s service hours before visiting. The Foundation Libation bar provides another reason to stop in, with its own schedule separate from the food vendors. Cooking classes, pop-ups, and private events also use the space. Look at the event calendar if you want to plan a visit around one of them.
