Kings in the Seaport puts bowling, billiards, arcade games and a restaurant under one roof. You can book a lane for a group, eat together and keep playing without organizing another stop. The retro-style space also has the Draft Room, where big screens, draft beer and cocktails make watching a game another reason to visit.

It works for birthdays and family outings as well as an evening with friends, but timing matters: the Seaport location becomes 21-plus after 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Kings is cashless, so bring another way to pay. Reserve a lane if bowling is the main event, especially when everyone is arriving together and you have limited time.
