Sam LaGrassa’s has been a family sandwich business on Province Street since 1968, and lunch is the time to visit: the shop opens Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Its Chipotle Pastrami combines pastrami, Swiss, coleslaw and chipotle honey mustard on a grilled Italian sesame roll. The Reuben takes the corned beef, sauerkraut and Russian dressing route, while chicken cutlets and a vegan vegetable wrap broaden the choices. There are seats inside, or you can order and pay online for pickup. Add soup, fries or a cookie if you want more than the sandwich.
