Saigon Babylon puts Vietnamese cooking and cocktails on the rooftop of the hotel at 907 Main Street in Central Square. It comes from Vinh Le and Duong Huynh, the team behind Cicada and The Eaves, and has both an indoor dining room and an outdoor terrace overlooking the neighborhood. The seating distinction matters when you book: dinner reservations secure an indoor table, while outside seats are first come, first served. A request for the terrace isn’t a guarantee. Come for a dinner above the street or an evening at the bar, and check the current menu as you plan. You don’t have to be staying at the hotel to visit.
