Ruka on Washington Street makes a shared dinner out of Peruvian food and its Japanese and Chinese influences. Sushi and ceviche sit alongside wok-fried rice and wontons, with ingredients such as aji amarillo, shiso and yuzu connecting different parts of the menu.
