Join Debbie Lay on May 23rd for a free, all-level yoga class by the Mystic River! This is a great opportunity to expose yourself to yoga while having the benefit of a teacher guide you through various poses.
You will need to bring your own mat and the teacher will remain 6 feet apart to ensure proper safety measures are in place.
