Umizen opened at 342 Washington Street in 2026, serving sushi, ramen and small plates. The sushi bar offers yellowtail with sesame-soy dressing, tuna tataki and spicy salmon on crispy rice. Hand rolls include fatty tuna with scallions and a combination of tuna, yellowtail, salmon and avocado. The kanikama crunch sandwich folds sushi rice and nori around crab stick, mayonnaise, crunchy flakes and tobiko. Sweet-potato and cucumber-avocado rolls provide choices without fish. There are also cooked dishes and noodle bowls if you want to mix a sushi order with something hot. The Dedham restaurant takes reservations and offers pickup and delivery through its online menu.
