The Druid

The Druid is an Irish pub in Inman Square where a pint can easily turn into dinner. Fish and chips means battered cod, hand-cut fries and homemade tartar sauce. The kitchen also serves beef stew, lamb shepherd’s pie and an Irish seafood stew with cod, shrimp, clams and mussels. If you are just after something to share, order the Druid Chips with curry sauce. Guinness and Irish whiskey are well represented behind the bar, alongside other draft beers and cocktails. There are meat-free choices, too, including a vegetable burger and toasted Dubliner cheddar with tomato. Come hungry enough for the food, even if the original plan was only a drink.
