The Clam Box

The Clam Box sits across Quincy Shore Drive from Wollaston Beach, making fried clams and a waterfront walk an easy combination. Choose whole bellies or strips, then decide between a dinner plate, a roll or an order to share. Scallops, shrimp, calamari and fish fill out the fried seafood choices, with broiled options if you want a different preparation. There are hand-cut fries and onion rings, plus clam and fish chowders. Burgers, chicken and steak tips give the nonseafood eaters something to order.
