Taberna de Haro

Taberna de Haro has been serving Spanish food on Beacon Street in Brookline since 1998. You can build dinner from tapas such as ham croquettes, garlic shrimp and tortilla española, or share a paella with chicken, chorizo and shellfish. A vegetable paella and dishes of spinach, eggplant and mushrooms give the table more than meat and seafood to work with. The menu also makes room for less familiar orders, including Basque sausage with salt cod brandade. Start with olives or tomato toast while you decide. The restaurant sits across from the St. Mary’s Street Green Line stop, within walking distance of Fenway Park and Kenmore Square.
