Stratus

Stratus is the bar on the 51st floor of View Boston at the Prudential Tower. The city is the main attraction: you can have a cocktail and take in the skyline from the indoor space or the open-air observation deck. The drinks list includes seasonal cocktails and spritzes, making this a place to pause during a visit to the observatory.

Plan for admission as well as your drinks. Access to Stratus is included with a View Boston ticket, and the Sips & Sights package adds a beer, wine or signature cocktail. The bar currently opens at 3 p.m., later than the observatory itself. If drinks are the reason you’re going, an early-morning sightseeing ticket won’t give you the same experience. Check the ticket options before booking.
