Seedo Cafe is a weekend-only Asian fusion pop-up operating inside Seed Bakery at 123 Mount Auburn Street in Watertown. Open Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the café serves a rotating menu of specialty drinks, pastries, and desserts you are unlikely to find at a standard neighborhood bakery. Drinks may include the Alps Matcha Latte with blue spirulina milk, panna cotta lattes, and seasonal options like the Lemon Thyme Spritz. The pastry selection changes regularly, with past items including Earl Grey cream puffs, peach cream puffs with bolo-bao shells, fruit sandos made with house-made dacquoise cake, garlic cream cheese scones, and Basque cheesecake. Since the menu rotates weekly, repeat visits rarely look exactly the same.
