Sal’s Pizza – Fenway

Sal’s Pizza on Brookline Avenue is close enough to Fenway Park to make a whole pie part of the game-day plan. The branch offers build-your-own pizzas and combinations such as meatball ricotta, spinach-tomato-feta and hot honey pepperoni. Its 19-inch XXL is the larger sharing option, while the 10-inch size makes more sense for a smaller order.

Calzones give you another route through much of the same topping list, including chicken Parmesan and steak-and-cheese combinations. This is the Sal’s at 51 Brookline Avenue, with its own menu and ordering page; the chain’s other Boston shops are separate pickup locations. Friday and Saturday service runs later than the rest of the week. The restaurant also notes that hours can change around games and events, worth checking before a late visit.
