Sabor Especial cooks Salvadoran and Honduran food beneath the Tobin Bridge viaduct at 83 Williams Street in Chelsea. Pupusas, enchiladas, carne asada and beef soup are among the choices. The horchata is made from a roasted mixture of seeds, spices and rice, ground before being mixed into the drink. Seating inside is limited, with outdoor tables available seasonally.
