Passage to India

Passage to India began in Porter Square in 1991 and now serves North Indian and Punjabi food on Glassworks Avenue in Cambridge Crossing. The family-owned restaurant’s menu includes chicken tikka masala, butter chicken and lamb vindaloo, along with tandoori dishes and vegetarian options. Vegetable biryani brings basmati rice, vegetables and spices together in one dish.

There is a full bar and outdoor seating for warmer days, making it possible to settle in for dinner rather than carry everything home. The restaurant also offers pickup and delivery, with those services running slightly later than the dining room. Use the Glassworks Avenue address when making plans; the original Porter Square location is part of its history, not where you will find it today.
