Orpheum Theatre

The Orpheum sits at the end of Hamilton Place, an alley off Tremont Street that’s easy to walk past if you’re looking only at the main road. Inside is a historic theater whose current design dates to a 1916 rebuilding by architect Thomas Lamb. Its calendar now brings live performers to a room that previously hosted vaudeville, movies and opera.
