The official food menu is churrasco and buffet: picanha na chapa with yuca or fries; picanha na tábua with fries or fried yuca, rice, beans, and potato salad; Brazilian sausage with yuca; chicken hearts; coxinha; torresmo with mandioca; shrimp bobó; and bife a cavalo. Sides include farofa, feijão tropeiro, collard greens, and fried plantains. There is a buffet BBQ by the pound and catering from 10 to 50 people. Brigadeiro and pudim are on the dessert list.
