NOHRI
Nohri at 5 Tyler Street brings Japanese and Peruvian cooking together in hand rolls and small plates. Chef Ta Mai’s menu includes tuna tiradito with blood orange, ceviche verde with yucca chips, and chawanmushi with Jonah crab. The hand rolls make the combination especially clear: smoked eel comes with ají verde, while spicy salmon is paired with yuzu amarillo, salmon roe and quinoa.
Six- and eight-course menus offer another way to order, alongside the à la carte dishes. Sake and beers including Sapporo and Cusqueña are available. Nohri currently operates without reservations or online ordering, so plan on visiting in person rather than booking a table.
