Ma Maison
Ma Maison is a French bistro on Cambridge Street where the menu gives you a good excuse to order in courses. Start with country pâté, escargots in garlic-parsley butter or French onion soup. The main dishes stay in that same tradition: coq au vin, duck à l’orange, short ribs Bourguignon and steak with frites.
Seafood has plenty of space on the menu, too, including mussels with fries and cod with a Normandy-style apple cream sauce. There’s also a lentil cake for diners looking for a vegan main. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, with reservations available online. It’s a good fit when you want to sit down over French food and wine rather than squeeze in a meal between errands.
