Lee’s Burger on Beacon Street takes the burger menu in several directions. The teriyaki version pairs beef with caramelized onion, cucumber and house-made teriyaki sauce. A Jack burger uses pepper jack and chipotle aioli, while the Beantown adds barbecue sauce, chili, cheddar and waffle fries. There is no need to add every topping yourself when the kitchen has already done that work.

Turkey burgers, chicken sandwiches and a plant-based patty offer alternatives to beef, and the drinks include shakes and fruit smoothies. The Brookline shop is at 1331 Beacon Street; the business also has a Newton location. Online and phone orders are available, with curbside service described on the website.
