Lavash Bar and Grille

Lavash Bar and Grille is on New Street in Cambridge, serving Turkish and Eastern Mediterranean food. A meal can start with cold meze such as hummus, baba ghanoush or haydari, then move to lahmacun or a plate from the grill. Mantı takes a different route: small beef dumplings with garlicky yogurt and herb butter.

The mixed grill for two brings together several meats, including lamb, chicken and Adana kebab. If you have room afterward, the dessert selection includes baklava and künefe. Outdoor seating is seasonal, and a limited number of parking spaces are available on a first-come basis. Walk-ins are welcome, though the restaurant recommends calling ahead for groups of four or more.
