Jiro’s Sushi

Jiro’s Sushi on Kneeland Street serves nigiri, sashimi and compact omakase boxes. The selection reaches beyond salmon and tuna to fish such as shima aji and golden-eye snapper. For a mixed order, the premium mini box combines hand rolls with pieces including scallop, eel and sea urchin. There are also chirashi bowls and carpaccio dishes: yellowtail comes with yuzu, while salmon is paired with shiso vinegar. It’s a menu to browse by fish as much as by roll.
