Henrietta’s Table at The Charles Hotel serves New England cooking in Harvard Square, with menus shaped by deliveries from local farms and producers. Yankee pot roast comes with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and gravy; baked scrod gets a Ritz cracker crust. There are lighter options, too, including a warm grain bowl with seasonal vegetables.
