Fuji at HSP

Fuji at High Street Place serves sushi inside the downtown food hall, with rolls, nigiri, sashimi and bowls. The High Street roll combines tuna belly, salmon belly and cucumber with sea urchin and truffle. A spicy tuna roll is a more straightforward order, and the menu includes vegan rolls and a bowl with pineapple, guacamole and vegetables.
