Discovery Cafe – Cambridge

Discovery Cafe makes weekday breakfast and lunch on Sixth Street a little more interesting than the usual office sandwich run. The Crimson puts roast beef, cheddar, caramelized onions and horseradish on brioche, while the Thanksgiving sandwich brings turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce together on cranberry bread. A Caprese sandwich uses garlic-rosemary focaccia, and the vegan Kendall Square wrap pairs vegetables with hummus.

The Cambridge location opens early and closes in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. It’s a useful stop before work or for a lunch order, with breakfast, snacks and pizza also on the menu.
