Cornwall’s has been a family-run Kenmore Square tavern since 1973. At 644 Beacon Street, it serves pub food such as loaded tots, wings, fish tacos and a double burger with bacon, cheddar and beer-braised onions. Grilled salmon and salads offer a different kind of dinner when a burger doesn’t appeal.

The restaurant has pool and space for private gatherings, giving you something to do beyond watching a screen or ordering another round. It’s close enough to Fenway for a meal before a game, but its history extends well beyond any single baseball season. The kitchen advertises service until 11 p.m. on regular operating days.
