Official hours are Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The club lists a weight floor, cardio deck, cycling and yoga studios, a full-sized basketball court, two squash courts, locker rooms with a dry sauna, towel service, and Kendall Square CrossFit on site. Membership is month-to-month. Day passes are listed $20 at First Street or Tech Square; members may bring a guest for $15 with ID.
