Bosso Ramen Tavern

Bosso Ramen Tavern gives Harvard Square several ways to settle into a bowl of noodles. The Umami ramen comes with a seasoned egg, scallions and wood-ear mushrooms; Spicy Norisuke adds seaweed and chili oil. There’s also a vegan bowl with soy protein, tomatoes, fried onions and a chili oil made with mixed nuts.

You can build a meal around smaller dishes before the ramen arrives. Edamame hummus, chicken karaage and fried gyoza are on the menu, alongside fish dishes and rice bowls. Finish with black sesame or matcha ice cream if there’s room. Reservations and online ordering are available through the restaurant’s website. Select the Holyoke Street location when booking; Bosso also operates a separate Back Bay restaurant.
